The air is cool and the Pyrenees stand quiet in front of you. A trail winds up through the rock. You feel your breath, your legs, the climb. This is where we start.

I'm Nini. I'm a trail runner from Brazil, now based in Florianópolis. I've raced the UTMB CCC more than once. Over seven days I want to show you these mountains the way I love them, on foot, step by step.

We begin in Barcelona, then drive to Benasque. From there we run. First a 15 km route in Estibafreda, with big views of the Aneto massif and 1,200 m of climb. We take an easier day in the Posets-Maladeta park, with lunch in town and a free afternoon in Aínsa. Then we go deep into Ordesa and Monte Perdido. The Añisclo sector gives us 17 km and 1,000 m up. The Pineta sector pushes us again, with 1,070 m of climb.

This is hard. The days are long and the paths are steep. You'll feel it in your legs each night. But you'll join a team, and a UIMLA guide will walk every mile with us, watching the weather and the ground. We eat together. We rest in hotels and hostels. We share a farewell dinner before the core group heads home.

Some of us stay longer, running the Cotiella Massif and tasting local food at a rural house. We cook Spanish dishes side by side.

At the end, you'll sit still, tired and happy, with the mountains behind you.

We read every application. Small group — and I want to get the group right. If this sounds like you, apply below.

Takes about sixty seconds. We'll WhatsApp you straight away.

Day-by-Day

Day 1

Day 1 starts in Barcelona. I will meet you at the airport. Then we drive together to Benasque, deep in the Pyrenees. It is a long ride, so settle in and watch the mountains grow. We stay the night at Hostal El Pilar. Rest well. Tomorrow the trails begin, and the peaks are waiting.

Day 2

Day 2 we drive to Cerler. Then we run Estibafreda. It's 15 km, with 1,200 m up and 1,200 m back down. Your legs will feel every metre. But the views make it worth it. You'll see the huge Aneto massif spread out wide. We sleep again at Hostal El Pilar. Big peaks, tired legs.

Day 3

Day 3 is our easy one. We drive from Benasque to Llanos del Hospital. Then we run a gentle route in the Posets-Maladeta Natural Park (14 km, +450 m, -450 m). Lunch waits in Benasque. After that, we head to Aínsa. Your afternoon is free to wander the old town. Slow steps on quiet stone streets.

Day 4

Day 4 starts in Aínsa. We drive to Añisclo Canyon and run in Ordesa and Monte Perdido National Park. It is 17 km, with 1,000 m up and 1,000 m down. Your legs will feel it. Then we head to Bielsa for the night. The canyon walls stay in your head.

Day 5

Day 5 starts with a short transfer to Espierba. We run the Pineta sector of Ordesa and Monte Perdido National Park. It is 15 km, with +1,070 m up and 1,070 m down. Your legs will feel it. Then we drive to Bielsa for a farewell dinner. Big peaks, tired feet, one last night together.

Day 6

Day 6 is the split. If you leave, we drive you to Barcelona. If you stay, we head from Bielsa to Chistau. It's an easy route through the Cotiella Massif (10 km, +800 m, -800 m). We taste local food, then drive to Gistaín. A rural house waits, with a barbecue and smoke rising into the dusk.

Day 7

Day 7 is our last big run. We head into the Posets-Maladeta Natural Park for 19 km, with 1,200 m up and 950 m down. Your legs will feel every step. Back at the house, we cook a Spanish meal together. We eat slow, tired and happy, the peaks still bright in our minds.

Day 8

Day 8 is our last morning. You will wake up, share breakfast one more time, and let the quiet of the mountains sink in. Then we drive back to Barcelona. Your legs will ache from all the climbs. But the Pyrenees stay with you, tucked away, long after the road runs out.
