Pricing tiers, athlete earnings, payment timeline, flight reimbursement, and minimum numbers.
Earnings are USD, defined in your Trip Brief / Trip Order before launch.
Typical structure: per-participant athlete rate × confirmed bookings, paid on milestones after trip close (see your Trip Overview in the Dashboard).
Flight reimbursement: up to $1,000 once Loaf confirms the trip is ready to go — book only after that confirmation.
If a trip doesn't reach minimum numbers, Loaf will communicate options: redate, resize, or cancel per your agreement. Nothing is ambiguous at confirmation deadline.
