One recovery day in the Danube Delta, a UNESCO wetland reached only by boat, drifting the channels by kayak and canoe. Fabrizio Dekoning rides every stage with you; he races road and gravel out of Belgium. You don't need to race, just a solid base and legs that hold up day after day.
